The devastation on Maui is significant and has affected thousands.

VFW National - 8/14/2023

VFW Department of Hawaii Commander Ron Shadle has informed us that the devastation on Maui is significant and has affected thousands with a death toll of 67 this morning.

They are asking for financial assistance to bring relief supplies and aide to those members and their families affected.

To help donations go further and as we have done with past disasters, we will match dollar for dollar up to $30,000.00 from the disaster relief fund that we receive earmarked for Hawaii Fires.

In order to track donations, send your donation to;

National VFW 406 w. 34th Street
Kansas City, MO 64111
Attn: QM General. Please specify Hawaii Fires.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to those affected by these fires.

Any questions please let me know.
