Hotel Rooms and Convention

Step 1: Book Your Hotel

Per the DoubleTree, the booking link deadline is Extended to May 27, 2026

If you cannot book a room with Hilton DoubelTree, you may need to locate and reserve rooms at nearby hotels.

 

Step 2: Register Online for the Convention + Banquet, Book Ad or Vendor Space

Convention Registration

  • Convention Registration & Banquet - $75,
  • Convention Registration Only (No Banquet) - $20
    • One registration is required for each person attending. After registration is Submitted, you'll be able to add another person as needed. Each person registered will receive a confirmation email and will be able to edit or update their information if necessary.
      Banquet Registrations Deadline to Department is June 8, 2026 for final contract head count and time for printing banquet tickets / name tags      .

  • Purchase Book Ads:
    • Half Page BW Ad (8.5" x 5.5") - $25.
    • Full Page BW Ad (8.5" x 11") - $50.
    • Full Page Cover Color Ad - $100 (SOLD OUT) Check with Department Quartermaster for availability before ordering cover page at qm@vfwsc.org.
  • Send Ads and photos digitally to Dept HQs via qm@vfwsc.org.
    Ad Deadline to Department is June 5, 2026 to allow lead time for final layout and printing.

  • Vendors: Table Registration Space - $100,
    • Space available so book yours now!
    • Vendors Deadline to the Department is June 13, 2026 to plan final placement and hotel space

  • Once you Submit your registration, an invoice will be sent by the Department of SC Veterans of Foreign Wars in the coming days for direct self payment.

  • NOTE: There will be an additional 3% Convenience Fee added to the cost.
