Step 1: Book Your Hotel by December 30, 2024

Step 2: Register Online for the Conference Banquet, Puchase Book Ad or Vendor Space

  • Attendees Registration: Both Conference Registration & Awards Banquet - $75, Conference Registration Only - $20
    • One registration is required for each person attending. After registration is Submitted, you'll be able to add another person if needed. Each person registered will receive a confirmation email and will be able to edit or update their information if necessary.

  • Purchase Book Ads: Half Page BW Ad (8.5" x 5.5") - $25. Full Page BW Ad (8.5" x 11") - $50. Cover Pages Color Ad - $100 (2 Spots Remaining) – Check with Department Adjutant/Quartermaster for availability before ordering cover page at aqm@vfwsc.org. Send Ads and photos digitally to Dept HQs via aqm@vfwsc.org. Ads are Due to Department by January 3, 2025 to allow time for final layout and printing.

There is an additional 3% Convenience Fee added to the cost. If you choose to pay by Debit, Credit Card, the Department of SC Veterans of Foreign Wars will email an Invoice to you for payment.
