Step 2: Register Online for the Conference / Banquet, Purchase Book Ad or Vendor Space
- Attendee Registration: Both Conference Registration & Awards Banquet - $75 (Closed), Conference Registration Only - $20
- One registration is required for each person attending. After registration is Submitted, you'll be able to add another person if needed. Each person registered will receive a confirmation email and will be able to edit or update their information if necessary. Banquet Registrations are Due to Department by January 13, 2025 for final contract head count and allow time for printing banquet tickets / name tags.
- Purchase Book Ads: Half Page BW Ad (8.5" x 5.5") - $25. Full Page BW Ad (8.5" x 11") - $50. Cover Pages Color Ad - $100 (SOLD OUT
) – Check with Department Adjutant/Quartermaster for availability before ordering cover page at aqm@vfwsc.org.
