Step 1: Book Your Hotel by December 26, 2023

Step 2: Register Online for the Conference by January 4, 2024

  • Attendees: Banquet Tickets - SOLD OUT, Conference Registration Only - $20
    • One registration is required for each person attending. After registration is Submitted, you'll be able to add another person if needed. Each person registered will receive a confirmation email and will be able to edit or update their information if necessary.
  • Purchase Book Ads - SOLD OUT: Half Page Ad (8.5" x 5.5") - $25. Full Page Ad (8.5" x 11") - $50. Cover Page Ad - $100 (3 Spots Available) – Check with Department Adjutant for availability before ordering cover page at adj@vfwsc.org. Send Ads and photos digitally to Dept HQs via adj@vfwsc.org. Ads are Due to Department by January 4 to allow time for final layout and printing.

Saturday afternoon at 2:00 PM featuring our very own Jr. Vice Commander-in-Chief, Carol Whitmore among others. Cool! Proceeds will be split between the Commander Special Project (VSO) and VFW National Home.
