Step 1: Book Your Hotel by May 20, 2025 Registration is Open - Hotel Rooms

If you cannot book a room with Hilton DoubelTree, you may need to locate and reserve rooms at nearby hotels.

 

Step 2: Register Online for the Convention + Banquet, Register Book Ad or Register Vendor Space

  • Attendee Registration: Both Convention Registration & Banquet - $TBD, Convention Registration Only (No Banquet) - $20
    • One registration is required for each person attending. After registration is Submitted, you'll be able to add another person as needed. Each person registered will receive a confirmation email and will be able to edit or update their information if necessary. Banquet Registrations Deadline to Department is June 9, 2025 for final contract head count and time for printing banquet tickets / name tags.

  • Purchase Book Ads: Half Page BW Ad (8.5" x 5.5") - $25. Full Page BW Ad (8.5" x 11") - $50. Cover Pages Color Ad - $100 – Check with Department Quartermaster for availability before ordering cover page at qm@vfwsc.org.
    • Send Ads and photos digitally to Dept HQs via qm@vfwsc.org.
      Ad Deadline to Department is June 4, 2025 to allow lead time for final layout and printing.
