Convention Registration

  • Convention Registration & Banquet - $75,
  • Convention Registration Only (No Banquet) - $20
    • One registration is required for each person attending. After registration is Submitted, you'll be able to add another person as needed. Each person registered will receive a confirmation email and will be able to edit or update their information if necessary. Banquet Registrations Deadline to Department is June 8, 2026 for final contract head count and time for printing banquet tickets / name tags.

    • Half Page BW Ad (8.5" x 5.5") - $25.
    • Full Page BW Ad (8.5" x 11") - $50.
    • Full Page Cover Color Ad - $100 Check with Department Quartermaster for availability before ordering cover page at qm@vfwsc.org.
  • Send Ads and photos digitally to Dept HQs via qm@vfwsc.org.
    Ad Deadline to Department is June 5, 2026 to allow lead time for final layout and printing.

  • Once you Submit your registration, an invoice will be sent by the Department of SC Veterans of Foreign Wars in the coming days for direct self payment.

  • NOTE: There will be an additional 3% Convenience Fee added to the cost.
